There are many supplements on the market containing NAD precursors. When consumed orally, NAD+ precursors such as nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) get broken down in the small intestine to nicotinamide, ribose, phosphate, and adenosine, before absorption into the bloodstream^2,3. These molecules are then taken up by the cells to reassemble to NAD+. WHAT IS NAD+?

NAD+ stands for the oxidized form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It is a coenzyme found in all living cells and exists in the body as a redox pair¹.

How to use

Rinse your mouth, place wafer under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Avoid swallowing for as long as possible at least until the wafer is fully dissolved. Do not consume food or drink within 5-10 minutes of taking the wafer. Take 1-2 wafers daily or as recommended by your physician.
