Directions

How to use

Rinse your mouth, place wafer under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Avoid swallowing for as long as possible at least until the wafer is fully dissolved. Do not consume food or drink within 5-10 minutes of taking the wafer. Take 1-2 wafers daily or as recommended by your physician.

These are precursors which need to be converted into NAD+ before the body can use it. The body’s ability to convert these precursors into NAD+ is not guaranteed, therefore individual mileage may vary. What are other methods to get pure NAD+ into the bloodstream directly besides the sublingual route?
